For about 12 cookies:

120g soft butter

100g brown sugar

5g baking powder

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 180°C.

Mix the soft butter and brown sugar until a creamy texture is obtained.

Add the egg, then mix.

Stir in the flour, ube powder, baking powder, and salt.
