Refund policy

We operate a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@ubedia.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Ubedia — SARL AJIRO, Immeuble Hemiris, 115 rue Claude Nicolas Ledoux, 13290 Aix-en-Provence, France. 

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and put it right.

Exceptions and non-returnable items
Our powders are foodstuffs. In accordance with article L.221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, pouches whose seal has been broken or which have been opened cannot be taken back, for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
Unopened pouches with an intact original seal can be returned under the general conditions above, within 30 days of receipt.
We do not accept returns of hazardous products, flammable liquids or gases, nor returns of gift cards.
In the event of a defective or damaged product, or a shipping error, the item is taken back in full, whether the pouch has been opened or not: please contact us at contact@ubedia.com.

Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, to place a separate order for a new item.

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will let you know as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and we will tell you whether the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
